Unity Trust Bank has revealed it is set to hire six new relationship managers as part of its growth plans to support UK businesses.
The commercial bank is looking to hire in London, Birmingham and other locations across the country.
Unity Trust Bank provided almost £100m of new lending in 2017 and has a further £100m available in 2018.
“We pride ourselves on being a 'force for good' – enabling socially conscious businesses to thrive,” said Julia Tarpey, HR director at Unity Trust Bank.
“We are a very inclusive bank, with diversity across all roles and want like-minded experienced commercial relationship managers to join our team, help us to achieve our plans and shape how businesses access funding that aligns with their own values.
“We have welcomed a dozen new relationship managers to Unity Trust Bank over the past two years.
“We are looking for people who might be disillusioned with mainstream banking, and see Unity is a different type of bank – where our 'double bottom line' strategy means that social impact is just as important as financial strength and in partnership we can support viable businesses to thrive and invest in the communities we collectively serve.”
