YellowDog has named James Stevens as its new chief commercial officer as part of its plans to enter the financial services market in the UK, US and Europe.
James has 25 years of sales, marketing and product management experience.
The cloud scheduling and orchestration platform recently acquired £2.5m of Series A funding to support international expansion.
“The appointments of James Stevens and [board member] Reid Downey, in addition to the £2.5m investment from Bloc Ventures, are fantastic additions to the senior team and are exactly what we need to penetrate international financial services markets,” said Gareth Williams, CEO and founder at YellowDog.
James added: “This is an exciting and pivotal time in YellowDog’s journey as it looks to expand into different markets from a really solid foundation in media and entertainment.
“The potential of YellowDog’s intelligent cloud platform to transform processing systems across enterprises in financial services, and any other market, is plain for all to see.”
