Cynergy Bank has strengthened its senior leadership team with two new appointments.
Ravi Sidhoo has been named as its new managing director of private and business banking, while Will Swain has been recruited as chief customer officer.
Ravi has joined from Coutts, where he served as an executive director responsible for leading a team that addressed the business and personal needs of a mixed portfolio of UK and international customers.
In his new role, he will support business owners with their growth plans.
Nick Fahy, chief executive at Cynergy Bank, said: “I am delighted that we have both Ravi and Will joining us as we build the Cynergy Bank business to empower business owners.
“Ravi’s hire to develop and lead our new private and business banking offering has been borne out of us recognising that there is a huge opportunity to better meet the needs of business owners, family businesses and property entrepreneurs by providing a comprehensive set of services in a blended way.”
Will joins from Swinton Group and previously served at Marsh and Barclays.
He will lead Cynergy Bank’s customer service and fulfilment operations.
Nick added: “Similarly, Will’s transformation and digital experience is integral to the next stage of our development as we strive to create a leading digital proposition for our customers, while not losing sight of the importance of the human relationship.
“I am genuinely excited about the future of Cynergy Bank and I look forward to providing you with further updates on our exciting new initiatives over the coming months.”
