Hanley Economic Building Society is set to commence an extensive 2019 self-build campaign as it aims to engage with growing numbers of self-builders.
As part of the campaign, the building society will have – or has had – a presence at the following events:
- Homebuilding & Renovating Show at Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre – 19th and 20th January
- Self-Build & Design Show at Peterborough Arena – 9th and 10th March
- Homebuilding & Renovating Show at Scottish Event Campus (Glasgow) – 1st and 2nd June
- Grand Designs Live at National Exhibition Centre (Birmingham) – 9-13th October
- Hanley Economic BS is in the process of revamping its self-build lending guide to offer further support, advice and expertise to self-builders and intermediary partners.
“This campaign underlines our ongoing intention of constructing a competitive and well-rounded self-build offering which self-builders and intermediaries can have full confidence in,” said David Lownds, head of marketing and business development at Hanley Economic Building Society (pictured above).
“We have come a long way in the past year.
“We launched our very first fixed rate self-build product to add variety to our proposition and extended our self-build offering into Scotland.
“Since its launch in November, we have seen enquires from Scottish brokers steadily grow, and with spring not too far away, we expect a natural increase in self-build demand across the UK.”
