HSBC Private Banking has partnered with AllBright – the global network and community connecting entrepreneurial women – as it looks to strengthen its commitment to female entrepreneurs.
The partnership will see the high street bank support the 2019 AllBright Pitch Day series, which has been designed to help female-founded businesses access advice and support from experienced angel investors, high-net-worth individuals and business leaders.
The Pitch Day programme consists of monthly events – hosted at the AllBright in London – and provides female entrepreneurs with a platform to pitch their business plans to a panel of investors and business leaders.
“Having supported entrepreneurs throughout our 154-year history, we know how important it is for them to have access both to capital and expertise,” said António Simões, CEO at HSBC Private Banking (pictured above, right).
“We are proud to be partnering with Debbie Wosskow (right) and Anna Jones (left) – the co-founders [of] the AllBright – to help offer some of the most talented female entrepreneurs the resources they need to help grow their businesses.
“This is part of our broader commitment to supporting entrepreneurs – who are a vital part of the economy – and to continue to foster diversity of thought within HSBC and in the broader community.”
Debbie said that AllBright was delighted to be partnering with HSBC Private Banking.
“[It brings] a wealth of business knowledge, global connections and decades of experience to AllBright’s Pitch Days – helping to achieve our joint ambition of supporting female entrepreneurs.”
