Charter Savings Bank launches two new accounts

Theo Osborn | 12:30 Friday 19th October 2018

Charter Savings Bank has introduced two new accounts: a 95-day notice account and a three-year fixed rate cash Isa.

The former will offer a rate of 1.81% AER, while the three-year fixed rate cash Isa will pay 1.91% AER.

The specialist bank has also increased the rate on its two-year fixed rate cash Isa to 1.81% AER.

This comes after Charter Savings Bank launched five accounts earlier this year featuring three notice accounts, a fixed rate bond and a cash Isa.

Paul Whitlock, director of savings at Charter Savings Bank (pictured above), said: “Savers are benefiting as new and established banks raise rates and expand their product range.

“We expect strong demand to continue following our latest improvements as simple and straightforward accounts backed up by excellent service are proving very popular.”
