TSB has appointed a new chief marketing officer and treasurer.
Pete Markey, currently marketing director at TSB, will become chief marketing officer, while Alison Straszewski, deputy treasury at TSB, will be promoted to treasurer, subject to regulatory approval.
The appointments come as Nigel Gilbert, TSB’s current chief marketing officer, and Ian Firth, the current treasurer, both revealed that they would be retiring at the end of September 2018.
TSB also announced that Rachel Lock, HR director, would be leaving the bank at the end of November.
TSB also appointed George Gordon as communications and corporate affairs director earlier this month.
“Rachel, Nigel and Ian have been with TSB since the early days when we brought TSB back to high streets across the UK,” said Paul Pester, CEO at TSB.
“I’m incredibly grateful for everything they have done to support TSB and I wish them all the best for the future.
“I’m also delighted to welcome Alison, Pete and George to the leadership team at TSB and look forward to working with them.”
