Unity Trust Bank has been named the number one bank for customer satisfaction in the Civil Society annual charity finance survey.

The survey – which provides an in-depth guide – reports on banks serving the non-profit sector and includes banks serving the charity sector, performance on customer satisfaction, analyses mergers and acquisitions in the banking sector and highlights charity views on ethical banking.

Unity achieved 3.67 out of four for overall customer satisfaction and was ranked in first place in a number of categories, including telephone services, internet banking, sector knowledge and commitment to corporate social responsibility.

Margaret Willis, CEO at Unity Trust Bank (pictured above), said that it was delighted with these results and would ensure continued investment in line with its purpose, values and customer-first imperative.

“I want to personally thank our customers for their loyalty, advocacy and confidence in us; together we are helping to create a better society and enable positive and lasting change.”
