Metro Bank has made the Glassdoor's 'Best Place to Work in 2018' list as a part of the job site's Employee's Choice Awards.
The awards – which are in their 10th year – are based on the feedback of current and former employees of companies via the Glassdoor site.
Metro Bank was the only high street bank to feature in the top 50 list and its CEO, Craig Donaldson, was included in Glassdoor's 'Most Highly Rated CEOs' lists in 2016 and 2017.
Craig said: “We're absolutely delighted to have been recognised by Glassdoor.
“As an organisation, we know how important it is to invest in and support our colleagues, whether that's through our in-house training facility, Metro Bank University, the way we show recognition or how we nurture talent.
“I'm extremely proud of everyone at Metro Bank and what we're doing together.”
On the Glassdoor job posting website, users can share company reviews rating their working experience satisfaction.
