Gatehouse Bank has made two new appointments as part of its expansion into the residential property finance sector .
Sim Gill and Mehraj Bari have joined the specialist bank as business development manager and KYC specialist in residential property finance respectively.
Before joining Gatehouse, Sim was Ahli United Bank's Islamic finance officer and has experience of the non-UK residential market, which will help assist Gatehouse's entry into the residential finance sector.
Mehraj has previously served at Lloyds Bank Commercial and Harrods Bank, where he was a KYC analyst.
“We are delighted to be bringing on board specialists in residential property finance,” said Paul Stockwell, CCO at Gatehouse Bank.
“Their experience will be invaluable to the bank.”
