Secure Trust Bank has added All Types of Mortgages (AToM) to its partner network.
The partnership will provide Secure Trust Bank with access to the mortgage packager's network of intermediaries.
AToM's network covers the directly authorised market and includes members of AToM's partner networks who feature Secure Trust Bank Mortgages on their lending panels.
Tony Hall, head of sales and marketing at Secure Trust Bank Mortgages (pictured above), said: “AToM has developed a strong reputation as a knowledgeable, comprehensive and professional mortgage service, which is able to arrange all types of mortgages for all types of people.
“This partnership gives us access to a greater pool of customers who may benefit from our services, and we are therefore pleased to announce this agreement with AToM.”
Secure Trust Bank launched its mortgage division earlier this year and typically provides finance over a term of up to 35 years with fixed interest rate periods of two, three and five years.
The bank's purchase and remortgage products currently have a maximum LTV of 85% and a maximum loan size of £2m.
Based in Horsham, West Sussex, AToM has around 3,000 registered intermediaries on its sourcing and lender integration system.
Dale Jannels, managing director at AToM, added: “As a long-established specialist packager, AToM is always looking at ways to assist the majority of enquiries received.
“Secure Trust brings a manual assessment to our offering and considers customers with complex incomes or those that may have had historic credit issues.
“Add this to a team who have been in the market for some time and this should be a recipe for a successful business partnership.
“We look forward to working with them.”
