Specialist bank Masthaven has announced the appointment of three new members to its team.
John Smith has joined as national account manager for first charge mortgages, while Wes Baker and David Owen have both been recruited as business development managers.
John's previous experience in the mortgage market includes underwriting at Alliance & Leicester and sales roles at Platform Home Loans before moving to Aldermore, where he was regional account manager.
Wes has worked in the financial services industry for 12 years – including as a BDM at Evolution Money – and will cover the North of England for Masthaven across the first and second charge arenas.
David has more than 16 years of experience in financial services – including roles at NatWest and Together – and will cover the West Midlands and South West of England across the first and second charge sectors.
Matt Andrews, managing director of mortgages at Masthaven (pictured above), said: “We are delighted to have three innovative individuals on board in our mortgage team.
“As the bank continues to expand and develop its proposition, we are also working hard to build the right team with the best skills in place to take the business forward.
“With their collective experience of many years in the industry, they bring new energy to the bank; and the team is really looking forward to working with them.”
