Gatehouse Bank has promoted Thomas Humphreys (pictured above) to the position of telephony business development manager within its residential property finance team.
Thomas joined the specialist bank earlier this year as a case manager.
In his new role, he will support the bank’s relationships with brokers and introducers.
Thomas previously served at RBS as a complaints handler, before holding similar roles at the Compello Group and the Connells Group.
Thomas said: “I have already learned a lot working at Gatehouse Bank and I am excited about moving into another part of the bank.
“In the short time I have been at Gatehouse, I have seen how it is growing and improving its products.
“I am looking forward to working closely with brokers and introducers and being part of that expansion.”
Faisal Dar, head of intermediary business development at Gatehouse Bank, added: “Thomas has become a highly valued member of the Gatehouse Bank team since joining us earlier this year, and has shown himself to be highly skilled at building relationships.
“His promotion proves we are committed to recognising our employees’ talents and moving them through the business.”
