Bank of Ireland UK has revealed that it has relaunched its broker portal.
The bank has introduced new features on its mortgage application system to improve the ease of use for brokers online.
The upgrade allows brokers to introduce new customers and transfer products or reduce the terms for existing customers online.
The improvements to the product-switching service enable brokers to submit and view transfers online within minutes.
It is available through Post Office for Intermediaries, as well as Bank of Ireland for Intermediaries.
Iain Smith, head of intermediaries at Bank of Ireland UK (pictured above), said: “Bank of Ireland UK is committed to working with brokers to listen to their feedback and make their lives easier.
“This latest online feature is just one of several updates we’ve made to our online systems and services to save brokers time and make it easy for us to do business together in the future.”
Bank of Ireland UK has also launched a range of new products for product-switching residential and BTL customers.
“Our new competitive products present another compelling reason to switch customers to a new deal with us,” Iain added.
