Bank Leumi (UK) appoints chief business officer

Bank Leumi (UK) has announced the appointment of Andy Mallin (pictured above) as chief business officer.

Andy – who has over 20 years of experience in corporate and commercial banking – will join the Israeli bank’s UK subsidiary Leumi (UK)

He will lead the bank’s business activity and report to Gil Karni, CEO at Leumi (UK).

In his most recent role, Andy was divisional head of real estate finance at Santander, where he led a team of 30 relationship directors and managers.

He has also worked as a senior area manager of large corporate banking at Lloyds Banking Group.

 “We are delighted that Andy has joined us as chief business officer,” said Gil.

“His expertise and breadth of experience will help ensure that our business continues to strengthen and grow, while maintaining the solutions-driven, client-centric approach that characterises the bank today.”
