Theo Osborn | 14:30 Wednesday 19th September 2018

TSB has revealed its new SME banking leadership team as it prepares to launch its business banking proposition later this year.

The team will be led by SME banking director Richard Davies and follows TSB executive chairman Richard Meddings’ announcement that the launch of a leading business banking offer was a top priority for TSB.

New banking services for small businesses will form part of the challenger bank’s multi-million-pound investment programme.

TSB’s 11-strong SME banking leadership team includes:

Niv Subramanian, customer solutions
Janet Adams, risk and controls and artificial intelligence
Amanda Bell, branch proposition and service improvement
Derek Vennard, business banking centre
Faye Armitage, relationship management
Charisma Borkakoty, credit risk (due to start at TSB in October)
Yenny Otero, experience design
Richard Morgans, digital partnerships
Genevieve Kangurs, mobile
Jo Newman, marketing

Davies said: “In recent months, we’ve been investing in a new SME leadership team to develop our new business banking offer.

“Their combination of deep business banking experience and entrepreneurial spirit will be a real catalyst to develop TSB’s ambitions to help more local business and local communities thrive.”
