Anat Bar-Gera has been appointed as a non-executive director at Bank of Cyprus Public Company Limited and Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company.
Anat will participate as a member of the human resources and remuneration committee and the technology committee.
She has been the chairwoman of the Switzerland-based cybersecurity company Cyverse since 2015.
She is also a member of the expert network at the World Economic Forum and a former member of the Global Agenda Council on the future of the internet.
Anat graduated from INSEAD, France, with an MBA in 1987 and from the Hebrew University, Israel, with a bachelor of laws (LLB) in 1983.
