The board of Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC has announced that Ian Henderson (pictured above) will be stepping down from his role as chief executive officer at Arbuthnot Latham & Co .
Ian will step down from his role at the private, commercial banking and wealth management arm of the Arbuthnot Banking Group on 30th April 2018 for personal reasons.
However, he will remain as a director of Arbuthnot Banking Group until 31st August 2018 in order to provide assistance in the handing over of his role.
Henry Angest, chairman and chief executive at Arbuthnot Banking Group, thanked Ian for the work he has done as CEO at Arbuthnot Latham.
“The bank has grown significantly during his time here, both in its size and in diversity of business and we are grateful for his contribution and wish him well for the future.”
Ian joined Arbuthnot Latham in 2016 from Secure Trust Bank and was previously CEO at Shawbrook Bank.
Last month, Arbuthnot Latham reported a 105% increase in written loan volume during 2017.
