Rosette Merchant Bank has appointed Stuart Jarvis as its investment director.
He has experience in both UK and European commercial real estate, as well as the Islamic finance sector.
Stuart – who is a fluent Arabic speaker – has previously held senior positions at investment houses in London, Kuwait and Malaysia.
In his new role, Stuart will support the company's real estate team, which has transacted over £200m worth of assets since its launch in 2016, with a further £60m currently under offer.
Rosette has also recently promoted Sam Broadhead to chief executive officer and Adam Cavanagh to chief investment officer.
The company is aiming to expand its reach beyond the Gulf Cooperation Council market, including taking its business into the wider Asia Pacific market.
