Gatehouse Bank – part of the Gatehouse Financial Group of companies – has appointed Kenny Orpin as a vice-president.
Kenny – who will be responsible for the bank’s regional commercial real estate financing – has joined from Santander, where he managed a portfolio of real estate clients based in the North West.
He was previously a member of the structured property finance team with Barclays Corporate in Manchester.
Kenny said: “I am delighted to join Gatehouse at a very exciting time of growth for the bank, with a clear strategy and desire to grow our commercial real estate financing client base regionally.
“We have a real appetite across all sectors and asset classes and I am looking forward to working with new bank clients across the regions.”
Paul Stockwell, CCO at Gatehouse Bank, added: “I am very pleased that Kenny is joining us.
“Kenny brings significant experience that will complement an already strong team and he will play a major part in helping the bank grow commercial real estate financing in the regions.”
