Mynt Recruitment has secured an £825,000 invoice finance funding package with Aldermore.
The Yorkshire-based recruitment firm will use the funding from the specialist bank to support increasing demand.
Mynt – an acronym for ‘meeting your needs today’ – was founded in December 2004 as part of a national recruitment franchise.
The firm became independent in 2009 and now has 15 office-based staff members across three branches in York, Hull and Rotherham.
John Stanton, chairman at Mynt Recruitment, said that it had established a strong working relationship with Aldermore.
“2018 and 2019 are pivotal years for us, with the opening of new premises and substantial technology investment.
“We know that the bank will continue to provide the necessary support to help us grow our business further.”
“We have supported the business every step of the way and are delighted to see their business go from strength-to-strength.”St John Emms, relationship manager at Aldermore, said that relationships with clients such as Mynt were what made it proud to do the work that it does.
